Fifteen companions here are small enough to carry. They clip to a bag, a backpack or a set of keys, and they trade the screen size, battery and movement of a desk device for portability. It is the most accessory-like corner of the catalogue, and the one where design and size matter most.

Companions Built to Travel

Portability shapes everything about these products. The Energize Lab Eiliko measures roughly 68 by 56 by 84 mm and weighs about 70 g, carrying a 1.28-inch animated display and Wi-Fi AI conversation in a body meant to hang off a bag. The Mirumi owl charms turn their heads in response to nearby movement and can sing and repeat speech. The AI Meow Spirit keychains bring connected voice interaction into a plush cat the size of a fist. None of these attempt what a desk robot does, and that is the trade being made.

Attachment, Size and Battery

The practical constraints are worth reading carefully. A charm that runs an animated display and Wi-Fi chat will not last a full day: the Eiliko is rated at roughly 150 minutes of use with about a 40-minute USB-C charge. Attachment method differs between a clip, a strap and a keyring, which affects what you can actually hang it from. Weight matters more than the numbers suggest once something is swinging from a bag. Simpler charms that react rather than converse generally run far longer between charges.

What the Charms in This Collection Do

Capability splits into two groups. The connected charms hold conversations: the Energize Lab Eiliko pairs through an app over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and the AI Meow Spirit keychains are described around voice interaction and memory features. The reactive charms respond without a network: Mirumi owls move their heads toward activity around them, and the AmbyUni pendants work as character accessories. Knowing which group you want removes most of the decision.

Choosing Between the Formats

Start with whether a network connection is acceptable. A charm that depends on Wi-Fi is fixed to places you have configured, which suits a bag that mostly travels between home and one workplace, and suits travel poorly. If you want something that simply works, a reactive charm is the better fit. After that it comes down to material and character, since a plush keychain and a moulded pendant age very differently with daily carrying. Prices here start around $89.99.
